For me probably my last couple of years before I hang up my 'mouse' at least in a professional sense. My BBC job comes to an end, after 8 eventful years, some good times, and some very frustrating times , the place seems to be reverting to it's old habit of bureacracy, form filling and box ticking. I leave in April and feel that it is time to move on, so I am at the crossroads of my life, having been freelance the majority of times I am sure that it will not be easy, but I hope that my experience and creative 'nous' will allow me not to starve by this next time next year.
I guess I will have to move, and call on people who will promise a lot but not contact you, and fade away. I have tried to help a lot of people in the past so, I guess I will have faith that they remember what I did for them. I have a couple of projects of mine that I am assemblying and hope to work with my old college buddies and that should start early summer.
Got a short spell in hospital before hand to have my gaul bladder removed, hopefully I should get myself back together again before too long. Got to take a hard look at where i go from here...... wish me luck
